The Center for Psychological and Sociological Research (CIPS) was founded on October 10, 1983 and is part of the Social and Humanistic Sciences Agency of the Ministry of Science, Technology and Environment (CITMA) of Cuba. CIPS carries out social diagnoses, evaluations, projections and proposals and/or projects of social transformation, oriented to the development of social processes and relations that intertwine with subjectivities, which aim at the sustainable development of Cuban society through the solution of relevant problems.
