Cuban poet, when he moved to Havana, he ventured into poetics of the moment, making his creations known. A large part of his life was spent in Europe, and then he settled in Santo Domingo, where he spent his last days lecturing at the University. among his most famous poems we find ¨Lamentations of Proteus¨ and ¨Poems in the Arena¨.
