Evelio Toledo Quesada

Cuban painter. Graduated from the San Alejandro Academy (1978), he is considered among our best urban landscape draftsmen. He has a recognized work in different Cuban publications. He has been noted by critics as one of the most outstanding caricaturists of contemporary Cuba. Likewise, he has contributed interesting picture books to the teaching of history. Since he was little, he really liked the caricatures of Juan David and the masters of this art who collaborated in the centuries-old Bohemia Magazine. He had the good fortune to share with Muñoz Bach, José Luis Posada, considered giants, and to be part of a “Dedeté” team with international references.
