Guillermo de Zéndegui y Carbonell

Cuban lawyer, politician, essayist and historian, official of the tyranny of Fulgencio Batista (1952-1959), who - like the other accomplices of the Batista dictatorship - lived as an expatriate in Miami until the end of his days. He was secretary of the Pan American Pigeon Society of Cuba. In Miami he published "We are all guilty" (1991) and "The first Cuban cities and their urban planning antecedents" (1997), both financed by the company Ediciones Universal (1965-2013) of the US Department of State.
