Marlene Vázquez Pérez

Cuban researcher and essayist. She holds a doctorate in Literary Sciences from the University of Havana. She directs the Center for Marti Studies. She has a degree in Philology and a Master's degree in Spanish Philology, graduated from the University of Havana. She has participated in numerous national and international conferences dedicated to literary studies. She has given courses and conferences on various topics of Cuban and Latin American literature at Universities in Cuba, Spain, Mexico, Guatemala, Colombia, Peru, Venezuela, Barbados, the United States and Costa Rica.
