Instituto de Ecología y Sistemática (IES)

The Institute of Ecology and Systematics(IES), of the Ministry of Science, Technology and Environment of Cuba (CITMA), is an organization of research and development, production, scientific-technical service and post-graduate training. Founded in 1986, by the merger of the Institutes of Botany, Zoology, Chemistry and Experimental Biology of the Academy of Sciences of Cuba.
